Miami Hills sent a note that if does rain tomorrow or Wednesday, there will be no parking in the grass at the church.   They are working on additional parking (possibly Milford Middle School) if the weather becomes a problem.   For those that have parking passes for G, if it does rain it will be park at your own risk in the grass lot at Miami Hills.  Don't know if it will or won't but wanted to communicate it out.  

Volunteers (Prelims)

For those timing tomorrow, please check in with me to get watches.  There will be a timers meeting before each session.   Timers will have plungers+watches for the meet.  The timers are the last resort as they will have touch pads setup for the meet as well.  Timing will be based upon touch (1st), plunger (2nd), and watch (3rd).  Please make sure both timers are keeping of both times.   

For Age Group Parents (which we still need), please check in with me with the heat sheets.  I've highlighted all of them for our swimmers in the appropriate age group.  Also, for the PM prelims, once an event is done, get them the kiddos ready for the next event.  There are no older kids so events will get called fast even though there are a lot of heats, they will go quickly.  For the 9-10 boys and girls that are going to be swimming breaststroke and then the IM, just report back to the clerk when you are done with breaststroke.   Because there is no older kids, there will not be much of a break between. 

Clerk of Course - we will have a heat sheet for the prelim session.   They may provide a more updated version at the start with scratches. 

Forest Hills Team Area

The team area is right behind the clerk of course by the basketball court.   We have setup 5 white tents and there are two additional ones we can setup.   If you want to bring a tent, you are more than welcome to as there should be plenty of room.
