First Week of Practice
Welcome to the FHSC 2025 Swim and Dive Season!
Just a reminder that tomorrow is our first day of practice for swim. Dive will have their first practice on Wednesday (weather permitting). The practice schedule has been posted to Swimtopia.
Practices will begin on May 27th. Since most schools will be in session that week, we will be holding practice on 5/27, 5/28, and 5/29 in the afternoon. The practice times will be as follows for that week only:

| High School | 3-4pm |
| Middle School | 4-4:30pm |
| 9-10 | 4:30-5pm |
| 8 and under | 5-5:30pm |
Practices will begin on May 28th. Since the first week school is still in session, practices will be in the afternoon.
5/28 and 5/29 - 5:30-7pm (younger kids will go first and then the older kids)
Normal Practice starting (June 2nd, 2025)
Younger kids will dive during the first hour, older kids during the second hour.
Monday 6-8p
Tuesday - Friday 11-1p
Tomorrow doesn't look too good with weather and temperature, and if it is deemed to be too cold or rainy we will communicate that out. Also, if you have conflicts with bus schedule, feel free to come at the later sessions. We know some folks have conflicts, so make what you can.
Volunteer Assignments for Meets
If you haven't please download the Swimtopia app. The app will have direct links to the meets as well as Volunteer assignments. The first meet will be June 5th. All meet volunteer roles will open tomorrow at 8am. There are some roles that we have predetermined.. If you have any questions, please ask. There are a few of us around to answer questions. We have all been new parents at some point.
Payments
For anyone still having to pay, you can give the check to the coaches or to myself, Julie or Lindsay. All checks should be made out to Forest Hills Swim Club.
Caps and T-Shirts
For anyone who needs a team cap (latex or silicone), we will have them at practice. T-Shirts have been ordered and will be this week or next when they arrive.
