There will be no practices on Thursday.   There will be communication coming out from our board today that the pool will be closed on Thursday in order to fix a leak in our water supply line.  The repair work is scheduled on Thursday morning.   What we don't know is when it will be completed.  

What does that mean for the meet on Thursday?   We are preparing the same way we would if nothing was going on.   We have explored alternatives with Miami Hills but given the short notice, the best plan forward was to proceed and hope we have this fixed.   We as a board believe it will be.  We will be sending out communication around 2pm on the status of the meet and if we have to move things back we may end up doing that.  If things get too constrained we may move to weather rules to get the meet in. 

Just want to let everyone know what is going on.  Less than ideal, but repairs are never convenient. If things change or we are delayed, we will communicate that out via email and the alerting function within Swimtopia on Thursday.  

That said we still need some help with the 8 and under boy and 9-10 boys (2nd half).  

Please make sure you have declared for next weeks meet and if you are going to be at champs, please indicate that as well.
