Need one thing from everyone and we need it done by tomorrow at the absolute latest.  On the schedule, we need everyone to declare for champs.  

Swim Champs -> Meet Signup -> Attending or not Attending

Ideally we need everyone today to do this.  (Takes 60s for 3 swimmers). 

Prelims are on Tuesday July 8th.  Older kids 11 and up, will start at 9am and our warm up is 8:20am.  Younger kids (10 and under) will start at approximately at 1pm.   I've attached the swim packet again in case you need it as a reference. 

If your child intends to participate, please declare as attending.  For the people in the back, if you child intends to participate, please declare as attending.   

If you don't the assumption is you will not be swimming.  Some of you may have been waiting on last night's meet so you could do this, and those results have been posted so you should be able to declare.   

No excuses.  The lineups have to be sent in to the league by Saturday morning and after that, there are zero exceptions.  I forgot does not count.....

Additionally, I'm also attaching some guidelines for the meets:  

• No tie back suits. speed/tech suits are permitted but only FINA approved suits for 12 and under, therapeutic/kinesio tape is not permitted
• Caps need to either team caps or generic caps (not teams or mascots mentioned)
  • I have extra and will be at both prelim sessions in case you need one

Prelims will be individual events only.   The coaches will determine our relay swimmers.  We have one relay in each relay event.  Those will be sent out as soon as those are determined. We will get heat sheets and psych sheets out over the weekend.  

Finally, I've added top individual times for the league and relays as some of you may be curious what are the fastest times for the league this year.  

I would strongly encourage all of if you can to participate in prelims.
