Reminders from Coach Debbie.....

First, congratulations to coach Bella Basford who found out last Saturday that she earned All-American High School Dive honors! Well done!!

Last practice at FHSC is Thursday normal time and then optional practice Sunday for 1 hour @ 11 am - Miami Hills SC. No 4th of July practice.

Champs are Monday - 15 & 18 warm up at 7 am - meet starts at 8 am. A time line will be sent out in the next 48 hours.

Younger kids should enjoy pancakes with the swim team on Monday morning!

Banquet is Thursday evening 7/10/25 for the swim & dive team!!
