Here is some important information in regards to Swim Champs.   First, the afternoon session has changed a bit, with the start time of 12:50pm.  Afternoon Session Times 12:50 PM Start 

Warm Ups:

• Group 1: 11:40-12:00 (Normandy 1-3 and Terrace Park 3-6)
• Group 2: 12:00-12:20 (Miami Hills 1-3 and Forest Hills 3-6)
• Group 3: 12:20-12:40 (Turpin Hills 1-3 and Indian Hill 3-6)

Attached are the heat sheet, session and psyche reports for both sessions.   Heat Sheets will not be sold at Champs, but there will be a QR code.    They are attached to this email as well.   

Volunteers - we will need some age group parents for the afternoon session of champs for sure with the little ones.  The afternoon session is only 8 and unders and 9 and 10 year olds, but we will need help.   

Relays - coaches will send these out on Monday or Tuesday.   We only have one relay per team in each category.   Those will be sent out separately.  

Parking - this is from the Swim Packet (also attached).   The swimmer drop off may take time.  Terrace has a one lane road to the club and there will be officers directing traffic.  You will only be able to approach from Wooster Pike.   There will be parking available in field next to the club.  Additionally they have parking at Stanton Field and at Terrace Park Elementary School.  Unless you have a handicap parking pass or VIP pass, you will not be permitted to park at the club.

Also, make sure to go the speed limit within the city limits.   

Arriving to the club

Please approach from Elm Ave west of the club by turning from Wooster Pike as shown below (green arrows). Do not approach from Elm Ave east of the club. Elm Ave will be closed to vehicle traffic approaching the club beyond Princeton Ave (red X’s). Golf cart traffic will be allowed on all of Elm Ave.

Parking is available at these locations: - Drackett Field. Please park along the roadway and designated parking areas only. NO PARKING ON THE GRASS except for golf carts. See map below.

Terrace Park Elementary. This is approximately a 3/4 - mile walk. We will have two 6 passenger golf carts shuttling between the swim club Terrace Park Elementary. See map below. 

Elm Avenue along Stanton Field. This is approximately a 1/2-mile walk. There are a limited number of spaces here. We will have two 6 passenger golf carts shuttling between locations. See map below.
