Registration is now open for Forest Hills Swim and Dive for 2026.  The fees for this year remained the same - $115 for either swim or dive and $165 for both.  Team t-shirt and cap are included in the fees.

Mark your calendars for May 17th from 4:30-6:30pm for our ice cream social/suit up day.  We will have suits to try on, collect your caps, drop checks, ask questions and get some ice cream with the team.

2026 Meet schedule

For 2026, Forest Hills will be hosting our Swim Champs for the league on July 7th and 8th. This will be our opportunity to host all of the teams within Seven Hills and show off our new pool.  The theme for this year will be Pirates Plunge.  With the additional role of hosting we have formed multiple committees to work on all the additional needs.

We will be reaching out at the end of the end of February for those that express interest.  There will be more folks needed for volunteering during these two days than in the past since we are hosting.  If you don't know what to volunteer for, just fill out other with what you want to do
