This is message is going out to all registered 2026 Forest Hills swim and dive families as well as last year's team members.  If you are not planning on having a swimmer or diver for 2026, please disregard. 

We will be having our annual suit up day and ice cream social from 3-5pm on Sunday, May 17th.   We will have suits to try on, get team swim caps and ice cream for all swimmers, divers and family members.   We will also have members of the Swim and Dive Committee to help answer any questions you have about swim and dive season.   If you are paying by check, you can drop that off on Sunday by finding one of the members.  

The pool area is still under construction so my ask for all families and members is to stay in the shelter and small tent areas while at the event. 

We will have order forms, but all suits can be ordered online, by phone or at Swimville (in Kenwood).  The links to order are located here:

First week of practice

We are working on this to find a location to be able to practice at night for swim and dive for the week of Memorial Day.  More information will be communicated as we make plans.  While this situation is less than ideal, we are working through it.  

Swimtopia App

For those that are new, please download the Swimtopia app.  All communicate and posts will be communicated out through the app as well as email. 

Athlete Sign-Up and Volunteer Sign-Up

Athlete sign up for the meets is now open for all meets with the exception of prelims/champs.  If you have planned vacations, please mark them now within the app.  Each meet will be start with 2026.   Each swimmer needs to be declared by Monday at noon of that week's meet.  For our first meet on June 4th, each swimmer should be marked in Swimtopia as attending or not-attending by noon on June 1st.  We understand that kids will get sick or things will come up the day of, but we are trying get ahead of this as much as possible.  

Volunteer signups will open on 5/22 at 8am for all meets. I'll send another email out to remind as we get closer.   

Practices

Practice for Swim will not change for 2026.  The practice schedule is posted here.   Dive practices will change since we will have a separate diving well.  The updated practice schedule for dive is here.  Practices will still be Monday evening and then T-F in the morning. 

Diving Judge Clinic - pass along to any dive families that may be interested!

• Diving clinic for 7-Hills - May 28th at 5:30pm at Turpin Swim Club

• Diving judge clinic for both the 7-Hills League and the PPSL on Monday June 1^st at 7:00 p.m. at Madeira Swim Club, lasting about one hour. Debbie was going to try and host one at Turpin Swim Club for clubs in both leagues on that side of town.
