Practice Reminders
After some constructive feedback, I realized there is some confusion on practice times for this week, so I'm going to try to format this a bit differently. Practices will be held at West Clermont swimming pool. The pool is located to the right of the main entrance of the Mercy Healthplex at WC. Make sure to use the door to the right (it will be unlocked and there will be a Swim Meet sign.

When the pool opens we will go back to the original schedule posted on the website, and we will communicate that out as soon as we can.
1st Meet and Volunteer Roles
Our first meet will be at Normandy on June 4th. Dive will do our own meet during one of the practices (Normandy's board is not a springboard and we do perform dive meets there). More information will be sent out ahead of the meet.
However, we will need volunteers and those roles have been posted for all meets and open to register. You can sign up via Swimtopia or online. If you have not downloaded the Swimtopia app, please do so. All information about your swimmers events, job sign ups, and communications will be done through this app.
For every meet you should be able to click on the meet (all start with 2026) and then select whether or not your child is attending. This needs to be done by Monday 6/1 for the Normandy meet. However, you should be able to declare your swimmer for all meets.
Volunteer roles will be listed at jobs. Jobs are broken into halves (we have a 1st half of the meet and a 2nd half). We have a lot of 8 and unders and 9-10 this year so we will need some with age group parents. More on this but wanted to communicate out the roles have been posted.
Spirit Shop
The FH spirit shop is open until this Friday, March 29th.

If you want to purchase any spirit wear for the family, this is your chance to do so.
Team T-Shirts
These will hopefully be ready by next week for our first meet and we will figure out a way to get these out to the kids at practice or the meet.
Swim Caps
We will have these at practices and meets to get. Each kid will get a latex cap. Silicone caps are $10/each.
For anyone not getting emails or having trouble with Swimtopia, please let me know. I found there is a bug with registration and so some parents were not getting them.
