Here is the practice schedule for this week.  This week has some moving parts so hopefully this will clear some things up.   There was a note sent out to all members this week about the club opening on Thursday.   The goal is that platform base is poured on Monday, and then we start filling the pool and Wednesday have the inspection.  

Meets this week

Apologies for the confusion.  The email that was sent by the board had incorrect information so we want to clear that up. 

Swim (vs Miami Hills) will be at West Clermont on Thursday (6/11) (swimmers will need to be ready for warm-ups at 5:30pm)

Dive will be AT Miami Hills on Friday (6/12) with our warm-ups starting at 10:30am and meet starting at 11am.

The dive meet was moved weeks before because we knew we wouldn't be able to host the dive meet.  We already reached out to Miami Hills ahead of time.   

We apologize for moving the home meet to the away club for dive and at West Clermont for swim but both were necessary with the uncertainty at the time.

A couple of notes here.  Friday the plan is to move back to Forest Hills for swim.  Divers have their meet at Miami Hills on Friday.   All practices M-Thursday will be at West Clermont.

A couple of notes from West Clermont were passed along to us this week.  

• There is a lost and found box in the Pool office to right when you walk in.  Please check to see if you have left anything behind.  There were some goggles left behind on Friday. 
• Please pick up the trash in the stands - food and wrappers are being left behind.
• Siblings are not allowed to play in the gym, halls, etc.  We are not renting that space.  

We know this is a less than ideal situation, but let's be good stewards of the club so we can continue to rent the facility.  

We are still working on the logistics for the meet on Thursday.   We will be setting up tents outside (the opposite side of the main entrance)  and have places for parents and kiddos to hang out to not crowd the deck and the stands.  We will have more on this tomorrow.  I have added more timers to this meet as we have 8 lanes vs 6 lanes.   Also, this meet will not count to records as it is 25yrds (high school) vs 25m (swim league). 

Our hope is to move Swim back to the club starting on Friday.  Dive will continue at West Clermont until we get the boards installed and inspected by the state.
