Please make sure if you are attending the meet you are declared in the app.  The meet will be at West Clermont.  

 Volunteers - our "home" meets require more volunteers than our away meets.   We need the following roles still filled for the meet:

Age Group Parents

• 8 and Under Boys - 2nd half - (2)
• 8 and Under Girls - 2nd half -  (2 or 3)
• 9-10 Boys - 2nd half - (1)
• 9-10 Girls - 2nd half - (2)

Backup Timer - 2nd half (1)

Clerk of Course - 2nd half (2) 

Ribbons - 2nd half (1)

Runner - 2nd half (1)

Timers - 2nd half (2)

We need age group parents for 2nd half and we need 3 additional timers for the second half (backup and then 2 regular timers).   If you could sign up today, that would be super helpful.  

Team Areas 

We are going to be setting up tents outside of the pool to the right in the grass for the 8 and 9-10 age groups.  My ask with how many kids we have is get them to their events and then have the age group parents take them back to their team areas.  We will have speakers outside to here the events as their being called.  We are going to try to keep the team deck clear as much as possible with how many kids we have.  There will be a coned off area in the back so we can setup concessions in the parking lot.  

If you want to setup a tailgate style environment, that should work, but keep the kids in the team areas.  

Spectator Seating

We are going to break up the inside stands for Miami Hills and Forest Hills.  My ask is if possible to use outside as much as possible, come in to watch the event then head back to the team areas.  The one call out is that the area where the benches are is going to be where we have clerk of course and that area needs to stay clear with no spectators.  Only place judges, officials, kids and clerk of course should be in the clerk of course and behind the blocks.

Warm-ups 

Our warm up will start at 5:30pm.  The entrance both from the parking lot and the main entrance will open at 5pm as we get setup for the meet.  

If you can lend a head of time, that would be helpful.

Tentatively looking at 6:15 by the Ribbon area.  

Timing Equipment

Some of you have asked if we can use the scoreboard for the meet.  We are looking into it and will try.  No guarantees.

If you can help out with the 2nd half in any way, please do so.   With 8 lanes, we do anticipate this meet to go far quicker than last week.   2nd half timers will start after backstroke.   Miami Hills has one of the smaller teams so we should be able move through this quickly.  

Dive Meet on Friday (6/12) at Miami Hills

Divers our meet is at Miami Hills on Friday.  Miami Hills is located 1103 Rainbow Trail, Milford, OH 45150.  Warm-ups for Forest Hills will begin at 10:30am and the dive meet will start at 11am.
