All,

We will have normal practice times today.  Reminder there is no swim practice tomorrow and dive will have their meet at Miami Hills on Friday.   I've gone ahead an cancelled donut day and we will try do our first donut day next Friday.   Also, pictures have moved to next Friday as well.  

Dive warm-ups for FH will start at 10:30am.  

There was a pair of googles, shoes and cap left yesterday at practice.   Please see the lost and found in the office.   

We still need a few more volunteers tonight - 

• 8 and under girls - 2nd half
• Runner - 2nd half
• Clerk of Course - 2nd half
• Ribbons - 2nd half

Thank you to those that have volunteered - I know there is a lot of you (especially timers).  

Based upon the time sheet, we should get done around 8:30pm tonight.  For age group parents, we will be combining events (in fact most of the relays to start will be combined), so please be aware.   Clerk of course will start outside with some benches and we will line them and get them into the blocks from there.  This should be a lot easier to manage.  

We will have sharpies and the athlete report will be in the team area outside.  Reminder it's E(vent), H(eat), L(ane) and if they are swimming a relay the position they are swimming (1-4) and stroke.  Also, make sure to write your child's name on their back so the age group parents know who they are.  There also will be tattoos for the kids again.  For relays, the odd numbers will line up behind the blocks and even numbers at the end by the main entrance.

Swim Champs T-Shirts and Senior Bios

For swim champs, the order form for t-shirts is below.  Orders need to be placed by 6/21.  There are two shirts (one for youth and one for adults) and a tank top option.

These will be delivered to the club and distributed out on prelims.  

For Seniors, if we could have the parents of the seniors fill out the form by 6/19. We have quite a few seniors this year and need these so we can start working on senior gifts.  All seniors will get a champs t-shirt.
