Bummer this week about swim and Terrace.  We looked at options both here and there to reschedule and make up that meet but unfortunately, we were not able to do.  The storm from Wednesday night flooded the lap pool at Terrace.   When I say this nicely, the pool looked like the little Miami and the entire pool had to be drained and filled which wasn't happening before the meet.  Luckily dive was able to happen (Terrace has two pools and the diving well is off of their main pool) and the Sharks were victorious.  

What this means for the swimmers is that we won't have ribbons or stars (boo!) but they will get credit for the meet towards champs eligibility (two dual meets).  

This week will host our first home meet for swim on Thursday.  Dive will be at Turpin and start 30 minutes earlier (3:30pm) so swimmers have time to make it back to FHSC for swim.  We will need an army of volunteers for the home meets so please sign up.  If you haven't signed up to volunteer, we will need you this week.   We will also be doing senior recognition for our five seniors - Nolan, Griffin, Mason, Liv and McKenna before hand.   

Also, make sure your kiddos are declared for this meet in Swimtopia by Monday.
